  • Hearst Avenue Complete Streets Demonstration Project presented by the East Bay Bicycle Coalition This exciting project redesigns  Hearst Avenue to make it much safer and  more inviting to walk and ride a  bike and take transit. It includes  innovative designs such as green  advance bike boxes, new sidewalks, and  buffered bike lanes.
